Beach without wearing water shoes

Collection in one hour by two volunteers. 18 volunteers picked up 523 lbs of trash.

Looks like a DUI checkpoint is needed at Maldolban St in Navarre by the # of liquor bottles picked up! 94 lbs of trash.

Earlier in the week 2 people picked up 15 lbs of trash NLO Visitor Centre - 679 lbs for the week

timing comparing the cost of tap water to a one-use water bottle. Since the Suwannee River Water District gave Nestle Co. approval to remove 1 million gallons per day of water from the Ginnie springs near Gainesville. This is filling ~6,000,0000 per day in Zephryhills, Pure Life, Deer Park, Poland Springs or Ice Mountain one use water bottles!

ended in a light mist. 40 volunteers picked up 551 lbs of trash. This brings the monthly total to 2,346 and for the year 5,841. More than all of 2016 - 5,714 lbs

Judge by their actions/inactions. The sign washed up on Naval Live Oaks’ camping area beach. Volunteers picked up 338 lbs of debris in this area.

Fifteen volunteers picked up 37 lbs of trash at NLO’s Visitor Centre. In Pensacola, 42 volunteers gathered 638 lbs - thanks to West FL Honors Society members

environment. This group of 5 volunteers picked up 63 lbs of litter at Fairlands in Milton. Another volunteer collected 24 lbs of trash on the Southside of Carpenter Creek Dr in Pensacola. The creek is yards away.

alcohol bottles along Montalban at Hwy 87, in Navarre. 75+!

Thanks to the five volunteers that laid them out and 160 lbs of trash. At the two city parks along Scenic Hwy in Pensacola, 406 lbs was collected including 16 oyster floats. Thanks West Florida HS National Honor Society

For the week, 42 volunteers picked up 691 lbs.

3,498 lbs! The highest monthly total since Ocean Hour started!

Thanks to Temple Beth El of Pensacola for picking up 132 lbs of trash at Bruce Beach. A further 99 lbs of litter collected along Commerce Rd in Milton by two volunteers. They were joined by two teenagers driving by that wanted to help

56 volunteers were spread out over four sites. They collected 828 lbs! at NLO, Dr Payne Bridge and 2 locations at Gulf Is. Nat’l Seashore.

We stopped counting at 42 tennis balls at Payne Bridge!

Found along Bayfront Pkwy. Two scheduled pickups at Veterans Park and Navarre Beach for 552 lbs. One volunteer @ NLO gathered 12 lbs and another person 15 lbs along Hwy 98. GBHS Marine Science Club contributed 82 more lbs to a total of 661 lbs for the day
