Feb 26th Still moving debris leftover from SALLY...

two sheets of fiberglas taking six guys to carry. One boat shell left to move at Bruce Beach! Other debris was collected by 28 volunteers totaling 917 lbs. At Payne Bridge a further 110 lbs was gathered and 35 lbs at Simpson River boat ramp. Thanks to the young volunteer that freed a blue crab from fishing line.

During the week Myrna picked up 140 lbs along Hwy 90 and Josh 31 lbs @ NLO.

The monthly total collected was 2,932 lbs. With January’s lbs, we have surpassed the total for our first and second year of 5,714 lbs in 2016 and 10,376 in 2017!

Jan 22nd On a day showing Pensacola has a "cold" season....

three volunteers started a cleanup of another homeless camp directly on Pensacola Bay - Hawkshaw Lagoon Park. Located on bay across from Gulf Power building. 162 lbs was picked up including a rechargeable scooter, gas powered edger and a lot of litter. There is more to pick up.

Regular cleanup at Graffiti Bridge saw 9 people pick up 221 lbs and five volunteers collected 93 lbs at Bartram Park
