Twelve volunteers picked up 155 lbs of debris at Chimney and Bay Bluffs parks. Recyclable drink containers were the number one items. A lot of aluminum cans and plastic water bottles. Our year's total is 5611.5 lbs.

Naval Live Oaks

Eleven volunteers picked up 69 lbs of styrofoam, plastic bags and liquor bottles. Our year total is 5,456.5 lbs

Ocean Hour FL Awarded Grant

The award is from the Gulf of Mexico Alliance 2016 Gulf Star Funding.

The purpose is to collect marine debris along northwest Florida shorelines, record and share data from the trash collected and work with officials to curb incidence of debris on shores.

12 volunteers picked up 123.5 lbs of trash at Project Greenshores and Bartram Park. This brings the year's total to 5,378.5 lbs!
